Forging the Self: Dreams and Alchemical Fire
Forging the Self: Dreams and Alchemical Fire
Mar 14, 2025, 6:00 PM CDT
St. Philip's Episcopal Church

Join us in March 2025 for Forging the Self: Dreams and Alchemical Fire, a seminar exploring the transformative power of fire

presented by Mike Box, MS, LPC, Diplomate Jungian Analyst.

Inspired by ancient alchemists, we will delve into the world of alchemy and alchemical fire’s role as a catalyst for change.

We will look at fire’s physical manifestations — like lightning and celestial flame —

and, also, its symbolic presence in our dreams and psyche.

Fire, both creator and destroyer, has shaped humanity since the beginning.

It touches nearly every aspect of our lives,

reflecting our own journeys of self-discovery and transformation.

Through this seminar, we’ll explore fire’s central role in the alchemical process and

its connection to personal growth and individuation.

Together, we’ll examine how tending fire in the alchemist's furnace

mirrors the work of nurturing our inner transformations.

Through the lens of dreams and psychic insights,

we’ll uncover ways to illuminate our paths

and forge deeper connections between our inner and outer worlds.

In harnessing the power of alchemical fire,

we can forge connections between our dreams, psyche, and reality

to illuminate our paths of self-discovery and individuation.

Join us as we embark on this transformative journey

together on March 14-15.
